Buffalo’s City Council will hold their second meeting for March Tuesday evening, after rescheduling due to postponing last week’s meeting because of weather.
The council will consider on first reading an Ordinance concerning monthly water usage fees.
According to City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Silbernagel, the allotment in the base rate will drop from 10,000 to 5,000 gallons, and usage fees will be structured for additional usage of city water beyond 5,000 gallons per month on a sliding scale to be determined.
Also on the agenda is the Pike Addition final plat; consideration of two appointments to the Buffalo Pool Board; two requests from representatives from arts and music for events this summer; and consideration of a Special Use Permit.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Buffalo’s City Hall.
The public is welcome to attend.
