Playing on the name of Hephaestus, the Greek god of fire, metalworking, and blacksmithing, Phorge Makerspace is a place to bring the images of your imagination to life.

Executive director of Phorge Makerspace, Penny Siettmann and board president Clint Stussi made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to discuss the many types of workshops offered by the 501c3.

According to Stussi, it was in 2023 that Phorge Makerspace received a portion of the Wyoming Innovative Partnership Grant through Sheridan College. With this award came the expansion of Phorge. They moved to a new location at 1205 Broadway St. and expanded their workstations which are offered in the clean and dirty side of the shop.
