Actors Dan Cole, Allyson Harvey, and Director Kelly Miller-Smart made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to talk about the Sheridan Civic Theater Guild’s production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy “Harvey” by Mary Chase.
The story follows Elwood P. Dowd, a New York Socialite who insists that everyone acknowledges Harvey, Elwood’s unusual best friend.

Allyson Harvey plays Elwood’s sister Veta Louise Simmons; a woman driven by the perceptions of others and more than a little embarrassed by her brother’s behavior. A. Harvey has been acting on stage for only a few years, and found the complexity of the character to be a growing experience for her as a performer.
