Upcoming Events at Trail End Historic Site

Sharie Shada, Trail End State Historic Site Supervisor, announced on Wednesday some upcoming events at Trail End. The first will be this Saturday.

Attendees will meet on the steps of the Kendrick Mansion and tour the grounds seeking for spring birds. Binoculars are recommended, bring your own or there will be some available to loan. This program is free and open to the public.

She said that the White Glove Tours in the Kendrick Mansion will be held again this summer as well. The first one will be on May 21 at 6 p.m.

These tours usually fill up fast and registration is now open. White gloves will be provided for those attending. There is no extra charge for this tour, but regular admission to the Mansion applies.
