Sewer Inflow and Infiltration

During the staff update portion of the recent Sheridan City Council business meeting, City Utilities Director Dan Roberts provided an update on how inflow and infiltration affects the City’s sewer system.

Roberts said the proposed steps to identify sewer inflow and infiltration more specifically are to conduct intensive flow monitoring throughout the City’s sewer system and Closed-Circuit Television inspections of the sewer lines and pipes.
