Sheridan Commission Appoints Viewer on Two Vacations of Property

Sheridan County Engineer Ken Muller has been appointed by the county commission as the Viewer in the vacation of two separate portions of county-owned property in the Downer Addition.

The first is a portion of 15^th Street between Walnut and Berry Avenue between Block 58 and 59 and the second is a portion of 15^th Street between Berry Avenue and McKenzie Avenue between Block 62 and Block 63 in the Downer Addition.

Engineer Muller talked about his recent appointments as viewer.

Muller will review and report on the proposal, consider public and private expense of maintaining the property, whether the vacation is practical, and the expense of vacating the property.

His report will be presented to the commission in a future meeting for their decision.
