A professional services agreement related to the landfill was addressed at a recent Sheridan City Council study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
On June 30, the City of Sheridan’s existing three-year contract with Trihydro Corporation for the landfill’s environmental monitoring and reporting services will end. City Utilities Director Dan Roberts said that the monitoring and reporting activities are an ongoing, annual need necessary to meet Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality regulatory compliance.
Roberts said that staff is recommending that Mayor Rich Bridger and City Council approve a Professional Services Agreement with Trihydro Corporation, in the amount of $385,567 for three years of Landfill Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Services. The Council will consider the agreement at their June 2 business meeting.
