The Sheridan Community Land Trust has announced that its SCLT Explore History program for June will be a Ucross Foundation Tour.
Join them as they head to southeast Sheridan County for a tour of the incredible Ucross Foundation headquarters and ranch. You will experience the Historic Big Red Ranch House, take a 20-minute stroll around artist residency studios, visit the confluence of three creeks where ancient/historic teepee circles remain, and conclude by viewing the Ucross Art Gallery.
The two SCLT Explore History will be held on Tuesday, June 10, beginning at 10 a.m., and again on Tuesday, June 17, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Attendees are asked to meet at the Ucross Foundation headquarters, located at 30 Big Red Ln, Clearmont.

Then on Wednesday, June 11, there will be a special evening edition of the series from 6-7:30 p.m. at the SCLT Community Rooms, located at 14 Lane Ln, Sheridan.
Join SCLT History Program Manager Kevin Knapp for the program “What Remains of Monarch?” The program will share research and preservation of the historic Monarch Lutheran Cemetery and the recently removed Monarch Bridge.
