The City of Sheridan will soon be considering adoption of the 2026 fiscal year budget in the form of a resolution at the Council’s next regular business meeting. During a Council study session Monday night, the Council discussed amenities and essential services in regard to the budget. Councilor Bev Leichtnam.
Councilman Steve Brantz weighed in of the issue on services vs. amenities.
The appropriations for the City’s proposed fiscal year 2026 budget is just under $140.4 million. The budget resolution will be considered at the regular City Council meeting on Monday, June 16.
