U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), Senate Majority Whip, spoke on the Senate floor Tuesday about how the Senate Republican growth agenda delivers a 180-degree turn after four years of what Barrasso referred to as a tax-and-spend binge by the Democrats. The Senator said the Republican plan puts more money into Americans’ wallets, pockets, and purses.
Barrass said the economy is strong, as Friday’s job numbers showed more new jobs were created last month than what were predicted by the experts and Republicans’ comprehensive economic plan will make it even stronger because their plan cuts taxes, targets waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption, and unleashes American energy to bring down prices.
