The Buffalo City Council has approved the contract between the city and St. Francis Animal Shelter to provide animal care services for the city.
Vice-mayor Myra Camino discussed the issue with the council.
According to City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Silbernagel, the contract is essentially an extension of the current contract, with the city paying $750 per month to the shelter for the services.
