The Hub on Smith Board of Directors announced Wednesday that Keri McMeans has made the decision to step down from her position of Executive Director. According to a media release from the Hub, McMeans last day will be Friday, June 27 and she leaves with the appreciation of the Board and staff for her contributions during her tenure.
In the interim, Cheryl Lasher, the Hub’s Financial Director, will assume the role of Acting Administrator in Charge. The release from the Hub states that Lasher brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to the mission of the Hub, ensuring a seamless transition and continued high-quality service to our senior community.
The Board of Directors is actively crafting a comprehensive plan to move the organization forward and will soon begin the process of selecting the Center’s next leader. The Board is committed to a thorough and inclusive search to ensure the continued growth and success of the Center.
