In May, the Equality State Policy Center filed a lawsuit in response to the new voter registration law that is set to go into effect in Wyoming July 1. The lawsuit alleges that the law will impose an undue burden on the right to vote and is unconstitutionally unclear the way it is written. Secretary Gray along with the 23 County Clerks throughout Wyoming are listed as the defendant’s in the lawsuit.
