The Equality State Policy Center in May filed a lawsuit naming Secretary Gray and the 23 County Clerks in Wyoming as defendant’s in the suit. The lawsuit is in response to the new voter registration law that went into effect today. The lawsuit alleges that the law imposes an undue burden on the right to vote and is unconstitutionally unclear the way it is written.
