Jo Co Library Director Gives Update on Kaycee Project

Johnson County’s Commissioners this week received an update on the Kaycee Library renovation project from Library Director Lindsey Belliveau.

She said the contract for the project had been awarded.

Belliveau said Falcon Construction was the low bidder at just over $1.7 million.

According to a release on the library’s Facebook page, groundbreaking happened on July 1, and construction will continue until the scheduled completion date in August of 2026.
