Sheridan Woman Arraigned for Various Drug Distribution Charges

An arraignment hearing for 36-year-old Tiffany Drew was held Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan. Drew, at the hearing, pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine and not guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

The case has been consolidated with another case where Drew appeared before District Court Judge Ben Kirven and entered not guilty pleas to two felony drug charges for being in possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl. All of the alleged crimes occurred between December 22, 2024, and February 7, 2025 in Sheridan County.

District Court Judge Darci Phillips, at Tuesday’s arraignment, said that a three-day jury trial remains scheduled to begin on November 17 and both cases with the four charges have been consolidated into one case against Drew. Judge Phillips said that a pretrial conference will be held on October 23 at 11:30 am. Phillips also consolidated Drew’s bond and set it at as a $50,000 cash only bond. If convicted on all four counts, Drew faces up to 41 years in prison and fines of up to $70,000.
