City Officials Approve Update to Operating Agreement with Travel and Tourism

An updated operating agreement between the City of Sheridan and Sheridan County Travel and Tourism was recently adopted by the Sheridan City Council. City Attorney Brad Thimmesch highlights the changes from the original agreement that was entered into in May of 2020.

The updated agreement also changes the term of the agreement from five years to two years that will run through June 30, 2027. The automatic renewal term was also updated from five to two years, which could extend the agreement out to June 30, 2029, with the option for either party to terminate the agreement prior to the conclusion of the first term.
