Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns will host its annual Women Build event beginning Aug. 5.
For four days, Habitat will transform build sites into places of friendship, empowerment and collective hope. The event provides a chance to learn new skills—or brush up on old ones—in a supportive environment, all while making a life-changing impact on the community.
Executive Director Christine Dieterich said while the nationwide Women Build typically takes place in the spring, Wyoming weather has a mind of its own.

Habitat Development Director Meredith Sopko added that the event is open to everyone—not just women—who want to make a difference.
Anyone can register, including men, either as individuals or by forming teams with friends or coworkers.
