Jo Co P & Z to Discuss North Shore PUD, Land Use Plan Updates

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission, at their Tuesday, August 6 meeting, is expected to review the North Shore Planned Unit Development (PUD) Phase III, and take final action in the matter.

They are also scheduled to review and discuss the status of the 2005 Land Use Plan Update.

Additionally, they will discuss a possible development at 8935 US Highway 16 West, which is a proposed development of two duplexes on that property.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening in the Planning & Zoning Meeting Room located at 26 N. DeSmet Ave.

The public is welcome to attend.
