Sheridan Commission OKs Partial Release of Easement

Sheridan County’s Commissioners recently considered a partial release of a water and sewer easement in the Mountain Shadows Subdivision.

Deputy County Attorney Clint Beaver gave details on the reason for the requested partial release of the easement.

The commission voted to approve and have the chairman sign the documents to partially release the water and sewer easement lying within Lot 18, Block 2 of the Mountain Shadows Subdivision.
