Sheridan Commission OK’s Business Park Preliminary Plat

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the Preliminary Plat for the proposed Bucking Iron Business Park on East Ridge Road.

County Planner Mark Reid gave details on the planned project.

During the public hearing, a question was raised on how water would be supplied to the subdivision, with the developer explaining their were some existing wells on the property, and others would be drilled to supply water to the six propsed commercial lots.

The commission voted to approve the preliminary plat.
