Zombie Fun Run Benefits BHS Cross-Country, Food Pantry

The annual Zombie Fun Run will be happening Thursday evening in Buffalo, with proceeds going to benefit the Buffalo Highs School cross-country team, and the Bread of Life Food Pantry.

Sandy Moon, coach of the cross-country team, gives more details on the event.

Moon said she has been involved in the run for 15 years, but believes this may be the 17th annual fun run.

Belt pickup and registration is Thursday evening from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at Crazy Woman Square, and the 5K and 1-mile races begin at 6:30.

Entry fees are $10 for students and $20 for adults, and includes a free t-shirt and a chance at prizes from local businesses.
