Details of an application for the Gillespie Draw Subdivision, a Sheridan County conservation design subdivision located north of the Kendrick Municipal Golf Course with access off of West 5th Street, were presented to the Sheridan City Council at their study session Monday night. City Planner Kelly Schroeder.
Schroeder said the applicant is seeking to divide 622.9 acres into 15 lots, two of which will be conservation lots maintained by the Sheridan Community Land Trust and the remaining 13 lots will be residential use lots ranging from 4.4 acres to 9.2 acres in size.
The resolution certifying that the application for Gillespie Draw Subdivision is in conformance with all rules and regulations governing the Joint Planning Area between the City and the County, and is in agreement with the Future Land Use Plan for the area, will be considered by the City Council at their business meeting next Tuesday night.
