The first community lunch of the year at A/C School will be held on Wednesday, September 3 between 11:30 and noon. The menu will be French dip sandwiches, French fries, salad and milk. Lunch can either be carry-out or dine in.
Superintendent Chase Christensen was pleased with the way the community lunch has been going.
He added that he appreciated the fact that the students could interact with the community members.
Something new this year with the community lunch will be the presentations by the Houses in the One Claw House System. Christensen explains.
Those planning to attend lunch are asked to contact the school (307) 758-4412 before noon on Thursday, August 28, so that enough food can be ordered for the meal. The cost is $5, payable in advance. Anyone wishing to join the students, teachers and administrators are welcome to attend.
