Hospital Board Approves New Positions at JCHC

Johnson County Healthcare Center CEO Luke Senden discussed an idea to create three new positions at the JCHC to free up those performing those duties and streamline how they are managed.

Those include a Financial Navigator, which he explained how that would benefit the facility.

The second position is a Payroll Coordinator, which will free time up for the Chief Financial Officer to concentrate on her other responsibilities, and the last being a Foundation Director, which is envisioned to help build relationships to garner donations to benefit the JCHC Foundation.

The board voted to approve the three new positions for the facility.
