City of Sheridan Certified Permit Technician Ashley Garcia recently provided an update to Mayor Rich Bridger and members of the City Council on the City’s building division. Garcia said there has been a slight increase in the number of building permits issued so far this year compared to the previous year.

Garcia said they are continuing to see trends for single family residences as well as townhomes and multi-family housing. Garcia updated the Council on some of the larger projects that are currently going on in the City and we’ll have more on that for you in a future story
