The Advocacy and Resource Center of Sheridan is a cornerstone nonprofit offering comprehensive support to victims of violent crimes in Sheridan County, including emergency shelter, a 24/7 hotline, legal advocacy, counseling, housing support, and community awareness initiatives. ARC Assistant Director Rhonda Weber talks about the significance of the crisis hotline and how volunteers play an integral role in keeping the hotline up and running.
Weber said that last year they received 972 calls to their crisis hotline. If you need assistance, visit the Advocacy and Resource Center’s website or call at 307-672-3222 and press 1. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or notify the Sheridan Police Department at 307-672-2413.
