Buffalo Land Sale Falls Through for Housing Solutions

Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay reported to the city council that a land sale involving Housing Solutions had fallen through, and gave more details to them.

Asay added that he would be reaching out to Housing Solutions to get more information, but as of the meeting, the plan is to try to move the project to South Lucas Street in west Buffalo.

Developer Housing Solutions, LLC plans to build a 26-unit attainable housing development in Buffalo.

The city council last year voted to deny a proposed 99-year lease of city property, prompting the company to seek land elsewhere to build on.
