Sheridan Commission Denies Removal of Condition on Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have denied a request to remove one condition of approval from the Ferro Minor Conservation Design Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details about the condition and its timeline.

Reid said the Belish’s did submit a letter to the county commission asking them to deny the request for removal of the condition.

After discussion, the commission voted unanimously to deny the request for removal of the condition, leaving the parties involved to come to an agreement themselves in the matter.
