School Funding to be Topic of Panel

On October 14, at the SCSD#2 Central Board Room at 201 N. Connor, there will be a professional judgment panel with Dr. Lawrence O. Picus, whose firm helps the legislature and education community determine necessary resources for funding education.

Community members are invited to come to the event and give feedback on school funding.

There will be a listening session from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; from 3:30 to 4:45 the staff can drop in and give feedback on the topic, from 4:45- 5:30 will be reserved for community feedback.
