Johnson County’s Commissioners discussed the possibility of allowing a radio broadcasting company to erect a tower on county-controlled land.
Commissioner Bill Novotny gave the details.
Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago said he did not know what was allowed under the agreement, and he was asked by the commission to look into the matter and report back to them.
They will take his findings and make a decision once they have his opinion.
