SOS Gray Refers Three Potential Non-Citizens to County Clerks for Removal, Also Refers to County Attorneys

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray on Thursday sent notice to county clerks in Carbon, Lincoln, and Teton Counties notifying them of three active voter records matching individuals identified by the United States Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services as non-U.S. citizens. Secretary Gray said this collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security and USCIS is part of continual efforts to enhance voter list maintenance procedures to ensure only eligible Wyoming citizens are registered to vote in Wyoming.

According to information from Secretary Gray’s office, House Enrolled Act 62 from the 2025 Legislative Session, which comprised a key plank of Gray’s 2025 Election Integrity Reform Agenda, authorizes the Wyoming Secretary of State to access the SAVE System.
