Buffalo Council OK’s Cable System Ordinance on Second Reading

An Ordinance granting a permit of a franchise to Visionary Communications, LLC for the construction and operation of a telecommunications system in the City of Buffalo was considered by the Buffalo City Council Tuesday evening.

City Attorney Dennis Kirven explained that he and Visionary had discussed some changes to the agreement they wanted before the third and final reading.

The council voted to approve Ordinance No. 1425 on second reading.
