Johnson County’s Commissioners continued the discussion on the possibility of allowing a radio broadcasting company to erect a tower on county-controlled land.
Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago said he had not been able to look into the matter since their last meeting.
Commissioner Bill Novotny explained why Crago needs to check the agreement before a decision is made on the tower.
They chose to continue the decision to give Crago the opportunity to look at the agreement.
