Shelter Gala Fundraiser is Rolling Out the Red Carpet

Katusha Quintana, Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter Director AJ Evans and shelter board member Paul DelRossi appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to announce the theme of the upcoming New Year’s Eve Gala benefiting the shelter.

For the past two years, the Quintanas have hosted the gala at their private residence, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the shelter. The home features a large ballroom, and Quintana said she knew from the start that she wanted to use the space for the benefit of the Sheridan community. Her love for animals, shared with her mother and husband Julio, led her to partner with the Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter.

Previous gala themes have included Under the Big Top and The Roaring Twenties. This year, Quintana said she wants guests to feel like stars for the night.

The event requires significant support from sponsors and volunteers to be successful. Quintana is currently seeking individuals and businesses interested in contributing time or resources to help make this year’s celebration a strong fundraiser for the shelter.
