Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a front yard Setback Variance for Creekside Operation, LLC for a property in the Powder Horn Ranch Planned Unit Development (PUD), Phase One.
County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the variance request.
Reid said the parcel is significantly wider than deep, which is why the setback variance was requested.
Commissioner Lonnie Wright said he did not see any hardship to justify allowing the variance.
The commission voted to allow the variance, with Wright voting against.
