The Sheridan City Council at their regular business meeting Monday night, will be considering the third and final reading of an ordinance to rezone one acre of property at 1039 2nd Ave East, tract 28 of Brundage Place, which is south of Brundage Lane near Coffeen Avenue. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger says the rezone request is to allow for multi-family residential use on the property.
Under the community update portion of the meeting, the City Council will hear from SEEDA Administrator Robert Briggs and Food Group Executive Director Oaklee Gililand. The Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 17 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
