Sheridan Commission Accepts Agreement for Wildland Fire Grant

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Cooperative Agreement for the Sub-Award of the 2025 Western States Wildland Urban Interface Grant between the county and the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments, Forestry Division.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff detailed what the agreement does.

Duff said this particular agreement covers the area in and around Story, Red Grade Road, and Little Horn Canyon.

The commission voted to approve and accept the cooperative agreement.
