Compass Center for Families has announced that Executive Director Tifany Resser has been selected as one of Wyoming’s Forty Under 40 by the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce.
Resser said the recognition reflects the collective work of Compass staff and board members who support families across northern Wyoming.
Compass Center for Families serves both Sheridan and Johnson Counties, providing resources and support services to families in the region. Organization representatives said they are proud to see the work being done locally recognized at the statewide level.
According to The Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, Forty Under 40 recognition highlights emerging leaders whose talent, vision and dedication are shaping Wyoming’s business landscape. Honorees represent a wide range of industries and roles, from small business and nonprofit leadership to executive and professional services, with each recipient demonstrating a commitment to collaboration, service and long-term economic vitality.
Additional Sheridan-area professionals who were recognized this year are Bradley Thimmesch, associate attorney with Yonkee and Toner LLP; Tyler Grethen, marketing manager with Weatherby; Michelle Wilson, chief operating officer of EMIT Technologies; Mikole Bede Soto, partner and attorney with Chapman, Valdez and Lansing; and James (J.T.) Grainger, founder and owner of Sheridan Pilots 307 LLC flight school.
