This month, the Sheridan Community Land Trust Explore History program will feature Thomas Hebert, Executive Director of the Natural History Museum of Wyoming. Herbert ‘s talk is titled, Unearthing stories Together: Dinosaurs, Tribal Knowledge, and Shared History.

He will share his experiences as a paleontologist working alongside American Indian tribes to preserve fossil collections and protect the stories they hold.

The first program will be on Tuesday, January 13 from 10:00–11:30 a.m. at The Hub on Smith and the talk will be repeated on Tuesday, January 20 from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at the Tongue River Valley Community Center in Dayton

SCLT Explore History programs are free and open to all.
