Second reading of an ordinance to amend the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development in Sheridan. Mayor Rich Bridger says that it is considered a Major PUD Amendment because it affects all of the lots within the subdivision that is located south of Brundage Lane between Wetlands Drive and Coffeen Avenue.
The City Council will also be considering a resolution authorizing the submission of a Federal Mineral Royalty Capital Construction Account Grant application in the amount of $710,000 for the purchase of a new fire engine for Sheridan Fire-Rescue. The City would be required to match 100 percent of the grant. Monday’s City Council meeting will take place at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
