Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns will launch its “Let’s Open the Door” campaign later this month to celebrate the national organization’s 50th anniversary while raising awareness and support for attainable housing in Sheridan County. The campaign will run throughout 2026 and will feature several events designed to bring the community together to support Habitat’s mission of building homes, communities and hope.
Executive Director Christina Dieterich said the campaign will kick off at the end of March and continue through the year, culminating in a signature event scheduled for June, at Whitney Commons Park in Sheridan. This unique event will feature one-of-a-kind artwork created by local artists, each reflecting the theme of “opening the door” to housing, opportunity and stability for families in the community.
