Senator John B. Kendrick, who will reach Denver tomorrow to attend the livestock show, will arrive in Sheridan Sunday.
Judge Burgess dismissed the jurymen at noon today, all the cases on the docket having been disposed of. The jury is out until such time as they should be notified by the clerk of the court that their services would again be needed.
The jewelry stolen from W.P. Water’s store early Monday morning has been recovered. The jewelry was found this morning in a paper sack on the shelf of the little ice house in the alley behind McCarthy and Tomsik’s drug store.
Matinee prices are 5 and 15 cents, night prices 10 and 20 cents at the Orpheum theater.
