Sheridan is to receive an allotment of federal funds for vocational school purposes under the Smith-Hughes act. The school will provide a one-day class in agricultural subjects and seven evening classes for conscripted men.
Residents of the Big Goose valley presented a petition at a recent meeting of county commissioners to relocate and resurvey the Big Goose road, which would run up the valley.
