Fifteen soldiers have returned to Sheridan county from Fort Riley, Kansas, on agricultural furloughs ranging from the middle of September to Oct. 7. Fourteen returned on No. 41, and Fred Skinner returned last night on No. 43.
County Clerk Withrow has issued no marriage licenses for several days.
There was nothing of interest transacted at the meeting of the city council this morning.
Several Buffalo business men motored over to Sheridan yesterday. Among the party were D.W. Lewis, J.W. Stevenson, Frank Long and D.A. Coffin.
