The Sheridan Wyoming Canteen depot, which is being operated under the auspices of the Red Cross, had its initial opening yesterday afternoon when 126 soldiers passed through the city.

The body of the baby found on Aug. 5 on the Frank Williams place below Acme on Tongue River remains unclaimed. There have been no developments in the case, and there probably never will be.

The second Four o’Clock crew left Sheridan yesterday evening, going to the ranch of E.N. Ferron on the Home Ranch. The crew of seven harvested 18 acres of grain in one and one-half hours.
