Rep. Carl Sackett of Sheridan county this morning introduced House Bill 65 in the Wyoming legislature, a prohibition measure effective June 30. The bill embodies the Kansas bone dry act.

Undersheriff Kirby, who went to Lewiston, Mont., last week to bring back a prisoner to answer a charge of horse stealing, is having a fight to get his prisoner. The man, who was first willing to come to Wyoming without requisition papers, has changed his mind and is fighting extradition.

Jay Baldwin, Harry Hamilton and Charles Kane are among Sheridan county farmers now engaged in spring plowing, according to reports brought to Sheridan today.
