A bill disposing of the state hospitals at Rock Springs, Sheridan and Casper passed late yesterday afternoon with an amendment added by Sen. Kooi that eliminated a provision allowing the hospitals to be sold to any purchaser other than the county in which the hospital is located.
Residents in Sheridan county have adopted 47 fatherless children of France since the inauguration of the movement last October, four months ago.
Professor Herbst has opened his music studio in a more convenient location. The new address is 109 S. Main street, over the Home Bakery. Owing to illness, Professor Herbst hasn’t been teaching the past few weeks, but he will resume classes Monday.
