Deputy Sheriff Carl Fisk returned last night from Rawlins, where he had taken two prisoners for lodgement in the state prison.

Extensive improvements are being made at the Faulkner cleaning and tailoring establishment, 144 South Main street. The old brick residence back of the store is being filled with new and modern machinery, and the plant is being made up-to-date in every particular.

A pretentious assembly of sugar plant employees was on Loucks street in front of the offices of the sugar company at an early hour this morning. Conveyances were being taken to Absaraka park for the company’s annual picnic.
