Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on June 25, 1915.
The Sheridan Commercial club is helping in the collection of agricultural exhibits for display at the Wyoming state fair, the International Dry Farm Congress at Denver, and for a permanent display in the Burlington station at Cheyenne. Also involved in the work are S.M. Fuller, county agricultural adviser, and S.R. Boswell, who has charge of the state dry farm experimental station at Soldier Creek.
Sunday dinners are 35 cents at the Russell House on Gould Street.
Hewitt’s Bootery is having a white shoe sale tomorrow morning. Women’s white buck pumps marked down to $1.95, white canvas shoes just $1.65.
